The Budweiser Superfest tour is over and Teddy Riley is back in New York sitting in the top floor apartment of a downtown tenement building.

He's decked out in a rhinestone, but dazzled white leather jacket and gold chain.

And he's surrounded by dozens of people dancing their asses on, boys and girls in dayglow outfits dancing out on the balcony, on the rooftop, on the fire escape.

For the first act Teddy signed to GR Productions new record label,
