1:28.8	ahead with its air campaign and ground invasion, despite the ceasefire in Iran and despite
1:35.6	Tehran's demands that Lebanon be included in that pause.
1:40.3	A world away, today in Washington, a historic meeting. Thank you.
1:45.0	Secretary of State Marco Rubio stood alongside Israeli and Lebanese diplomats,
1:50.0	gathering them for the first face-to-face talks between the two countries in more than 30 years.
1:57.0	Well, this is a historic opportunity.
1:59.0	We understand we're working against decades of history, flexities that have led us to this unique moment.
2:04.6	And the opportunity here, I know some of you are shrouded questions about C-spires, this is a lot to believe just about that.
2:09.6	This is about bringing a permanent end, the 20 or 30 years of Hezbollah's influence.
2:15.6	Hezbollah was not part of today's talks, and the group said it wouldn't abide by any
2:20.3	agreement, including renewed demands to disarm.
