jurors in the first ever criminal trial of a former president.

96 prospective jurors brought in for questioning,

at least 50 of them, that's more than half,

for those of you who don't want to do math at 11 p.m. they raised their hand

so they could not be fair or impartial and precisely zero have been

selected so far. You know we did get some clues today about the strategy the DA is going to take

clues that came from the evidence that they asked the judge to allow in and that he granted.

Notably, Karen McDougal, a name from the past, she will be allowed to testify.
