At one point, Harris was asked: “What’s your plan to lower the cost of living?” Though the question was simple enough, Harris was bizarrely unable to answer it directly. 4:20pm- While speaking with Oprah Winfrey, Kamala Harris joked that she is a gun owner and if anyone breaks into her house, she will shoot them! Rich notes that Harris has, in the past, advocated for mandatory gun buy backs—and for allowing government officials to enter the home of law-abiding gun owners to ensure the guns are being stored properly. Despite clearly being a pre-scripted line, Matt argues that it’s the first time she has been even remotely funny since becoming her party’s presidential nominee. 4:30pm- Dr. Victoria Coates—Former Deputy National Security Advisor & the Vice President of the Davis Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss Israel’s targeted strikes on Hezbollah fighters using explosives strategically placed in pagers and hand-held radios.
