Projectiles hit four commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz.

That's, of course, the key waterway where global oil traffic has been brought to a standstill by Iran,

which claimed responsibility for attacking at least two of those commercial ships,

including a Liberian-flagged vessel and a Thai-flagged bulk carrier.

Three of those crew members remain missing.
