Summary

Middle East analyst Mouin Rabbani joins Nathan J. Robinson to discuss the ongoing genocide in Gaza. They examine the illusion of ceasefire negotiations, the weaponization of humanitarian aid through the so-called Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, and the eugenic logic underpinning Israel’s military campaign. They also explore how death tolls are systematically undercounted, how Palestinian voices are censored in Western media, why Israeli hasbara no longer works, and how genocidal logic is rationalized through propaganda.

Well, you just helped me understand things, Mouin.

1:09.0

And what I want to help me understand first is what's

1:13.2

actually going on with the, you know, the negotiations. We're going to say there are negotiations

1:21.2

happening between Israel and Hamas over Gaza. Now, my impression has often been that what seem like negotiations are not

1:32.0

really negotiations, that from my understanding that has developed over a period of time,

1:38.0

Israel has a long-term plan that has existed for nearly 100 years, which is to depopulate Palestine, to whatever degree

1:49.0

it realistically can. And so at every stage, we need to be considering Israel's position

1:55.0

in light of the long-term plan, which is to try and, you know, reduce the number of Palestinians to a minimum.

2:02.6

And yet, if you read the newspaper, you sort of read of a tussle, a back and forth over

2:07.7

little terms of this and that.

2:09.7

But can you tell us, you know, when we read about these ongoing negotiations are stalled,
