Israel's issued a new call for civilians to leave the area. The BBC Sally Nabil has been at the scene but has had to move away because of that Israeli warning. Sally joins us now. Sally can you describe what you saw this morning?

It was a scene of chaos, it was a scene of fear and fury. A lot of residents have been really angry because of the Israeli air raid last night.

The medical center lies in a busy residential building.

Now all the residents have left.

The building has been heavily, heavily damaged.

All around us, we could see rubble and some blankets

and some medical equipment like gloves and masks and so on.

I've talked to one of the residents in the badly hit building and he

told me that as soon as we heard the air ride we ran out of the building

children were screaming we felt as if our hearts are going to stop, and

he wondered why a medical facility has been hit by an air raid.

It's believed that this medical facility is Hezbollah affiliated, but what we've heard from the people there is that has been serving everybody in the area.

So this is why the people there were very angry and the thing is they don't know how they are going to spend their night, what the future holds for them.
