On Saturday, thousands of protesters flooded the streets of Tel Aviv to protest the Nerniahu government

and to protest the Israeli war against Hamas.

Now, these were not Arabs who were protesting. These are not Palestinians. These are Israelis and

there were quite a lot of them. Now this is not I would say the perhaps the

mainstream of Israel but it is the left.

It is the left in Israel.

And the left in Israel, which went a little bit silent

after October 7th, after the Hamas attacks attacks was kind of lying low for a bit as a war

cabinet was established that included elements not just from Lacute but from the

Labour Party many other parties.

So kind of a coalition war cabinet,

which seems to reflect a relatively unanimous view

on the part of Israelis, look, we don't have a choice, we have to eradicate Hamas.

We have to remove this fighting force, and then we can find a solution for dealing with the Palestinians and coexisting with them going forward.
