Hello, welcome to Newscast, where so often on a Thursday we have a very domestic political

focus. Today we are broadening things out, as you might imagine, in the context of what's

going on in the Middle East. And it is something out of the BBC podcast mashup, really, because

there's newscast we've been around for a little while, haven't we? But there is also the

conflict, a new podcast, with our colleague Leastu Set at the heart of it, examining

day by day events in the Middle East. And Least you're very welcome, as we come together

to podcast in one today. It's really good to join you, Chris, and Jeremy Bowen. And I hope

you're happy to be on mine. We certainly are welcome to Newscast and to the
