I'm Charles Coleman Jr. filling in this weekend for my friend and colleague, Ali Velshi,

and we have got a lot to talk about. First off, we're following breaking news this morning

on day two of a fragile pause in

the war between Israel and Hamas.

NBC News is reporting 13 more Israeli hostages are expected to be released today by Hamas.

42 Palestinian prisoners are also expected to be released as well, according to Israel's

Channel 13.

We are a waiting word on when this exchange is actually going to happen.

If it is successful, it will be the second batch of hostages and prisoners released by the two countries as part of a deal that involves a four-day pause in fighting.

Over the course of these four days, Hamas has agreed to release a total of 50 women and children

that were taken hostage during the October 7th attack.

Now, in turn, Israel then agreed to release 150 Palestinian women and teenagers that it has attained.

As soon as we know when these exchanges are taking place, we are going to bring it live to you and let you know.

news team on the ground in Israel, and we will check in with them in just a few minutes.

But first, let's get up to date on the multiple trials of Donald Trump, where new developments

this holiday week might have slipped under the radar.

To start off, there are ongoing legal battles over a pair of gag orders against a former president.

Now, in a new brief opposing the temporary pause of the gag order in the civil fraud case in New York,

a court official with the judicial threats Assessment Unit detailed the torrent of harassment

that Judge Arthur Ingeron and his law clerk had been receiving. Now, let me say this again.
