The government in Jerusalem has now acknowledged the killing of seven aid workers in

Israeli airstrikes in Gaza was a tragic error. A spokesman said an investigation

found they'd been targeted because of what he called misidentification. The founder of World

Central Kitchen, the chef Jose Andres has accused Israeli forces of deliberately targeting the aid

organization's vehicles.
