Yeah, we're trying out a bunch of new different things today. So we apologize for all that technical issues if you're trying to tune in live right at the start. We worked it all out, though, and of course we're here now. So it's all fine. I have to mention, if you can see, it's just the three of us in Dustin today. This is

supposed to be a Julie Martin Day where she's on, but she is at home with the flu. So we're sending

her warm thoughts and I maybe toast. Get better, Julie. Chicken noodle soup, I don't know,

something that really helps the stomach settle.

That was probably too much information.

She's not going to be happy about that.

So let's hope she's just not watching or listening.
