reminder of ISKP who are they what is their mission?

Yeah so the Islamic State Horzon Province or ISKP, the media usually refers to them as ISIS

K. They emerged in late 2014, officially in 2015 as an official province or branch of the Islamic State.

And there are territories in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
