More than 50 people are reported to have been killed in Syria in an attack by Islamic

state militants.

Pakistani police are they've regained control of their headquarters in Karachi from

militants who stormed the building.

Five former US police officers have pleaded not guilty to murdering the young black man

Tyree Nichols last month.

The largest exhibition ever dedicated to street art in the UK opens its doors in London.

State media in Syria say 53 people have been killed by suspected Islamic state fighters.

They were collecting truffles when they came under attack.

Middle East regional editor Mike Thompson told me more.

What we know is that all that happened in the central desert area of Syria and the people

involved were all picking truffles, agricultural farmers out there picking truffles and that's

when they were attacked.

53 people are thought to have died.

It's thought dozens have been kidnapped as well.

Some though happily did manage to escape.
