with both sides blaming the other for making unreasonable demands.

On Sky News this morning, Health Secretary West Streeting told Trevor Phillips it was disappointing

there had been no breakthrough and criticised Trump for his outrageous rhetoric.

West Streeting, what's your reaction to the overnight news from Islamabad?

Well, it's obviously disappointing that we haven't yet seen a breakthrough in negotiations

and an end to this war in Iran that is a sustainable one.

But as ever in diplomacy, you're failing until you succeed.
