for asking. I feel very, I don't know why I like today, right? I just today, I feel very,

very optimistic. Listen, you know, like, I feel grateful, I feel grateful, that's all. And

also, I don't know, things are starting very, very, very slowly to turn around and it's

just a better time than it was yesterday and the day before that and, you know, that's

why I feel okay. I feel, you know, and I've been saying this a lot. I've been talking to

a lot of people and saying this a lot and I feel that this is true. I feel that on the

other side, I think on the other side of it, we're looking at a renaissance, you know,

we're looking at, oh yeah, like an artistic renaissance, a, a, a, a, a real estate, but

I mean, like there's going to be a lot of reshifting and reshifting and it's going to take

a minute for everyone to figure it out. But then finally, there's going to be this like

amazing opportunity for those of us who are creative thinkers and, you know, light on

our feet and actually love change. I mean, like, I have to say for all the fear and

loathing that I have about life at three o'clock in the morning when I wake up, you know,

hold up and bed, go, what the fuck, you know, right? I also, I like it when things change.

I like to move on, you know, I do. Have you been following the New York real estate

market, just like the rental market and the, the, the housing market? Well, you know, I,

I have not exactly, I mean, I've been imagining things like what's been happening to commercial

real estate in New York City, you know, but then I had to know with a really smart real estate
