0:07.0	When I lived in Rome there was one day each week I could look out my window and
0:17.6	immediately know what day of the week it was. I didn't need to look at my calendar
0:21.6	I didn't need to think about it I could just look and see the way people were walking. I could see their slower pace. I could see them sitting in cafes enjoying a gelato or a coffee relaxing in conversation out with families. I can see all the store windows being shut.
0:35.2	I knew immediately it was Sunday.
0:38.9	Here's my question for you.
0:40.0	If someone looked at your life and they saw the way you live the first day of the week,
0:44.7	could they tell it was Sunday?
0:46.8	If someone looked at the way you live, not just at Mass and going to church on Sunday,
0:51.1	but the whole day, could they tell that this was a day that you,
0:55.2	as a Christian, treated with tremendous reverence? You approach this day very differently than every other day of the week,
1:02.4	just by looking and observing how you lived
1:06.0	the first day of the week, could they tell you must be a Christian and you must be keeping
1:12.1	holy the Sabbath.
1:14.0	Now, what does it really mean to keep Holy the Sabbath?
1:17.0	How do I actually do that for my own life or for my friends and community
1:21.0	and my parish and especially in my own home with my own family.
1:24.4	How do we keep holy the Sabbath? That's what we're going to take a look at in this
