99.5% of Americans have a refrigerator, but we can't agree on what goes in it.

It took me having roommates to actually figure out what goes in the fridge apparently, because I've been doing it wrong my whole life.

Let me show you the things I thought go in the fridge.

Starting with bread and I mean all bread muffins, bagels, regular loaf of bread, all of it.

It goes in the fridge.

Never put potatoes in the fridge it'll turn to starch into sugar so place them

somewhere cool and dry and in a very dark spot.

Butter, it's one of the few dairy products that doesn't need to be refrigerated.

CAM pasta.

Anything with pasta.

Coffee. It's likely to pick up other fridge flavors, so keep it in a sealed container in the pantry.

She's wrong about the coffee, but that's my opinion and that's the point.
