I've reached the three quarters edit in my steampunk work in progress storming.

I always find these quartermark edits lots of fun.

I essentially get to Loaf, read my own stuff, and just have fun.

This book in particular is fun. It's a little lighter fare than some of the stuff I've been writing lately, populated by lots of fun and funny characters.

I hardly ever deliberately based characters or story situations of real life, but I am finding that I have a lot in common

personality-wise with my biplane pilot main character in this. If nothing else

his life strategy is about the same as mine.

In a word, charge.
