Explore Your Personality: https://PersonalityHacker.com

Joel and Antonia explore the dynamic nature of personality type, challenging the idea that it's static or defined by stereotypes. Using metaphors like pinned butterflies and coloring books, they show how type is a fluid, developmental system that evolves over time. They discuss why real mastery means shifting focus from the system to the individual, and how our cognitive functions reflect deep, irresistible patterns of attention.

Hey, it's Joel. Quick note before we start the podcast. I want to let you know that enrollment is now

0:04.5

open for our newly reimagined personality profiler training. You can learn more and explore the

0:10.2

entire program over at profiler training.com. Okay, when people ask me, what is profiler training, Joel?

0:17.4

What is profiling? I say, well, you know what FBI profiling is. You're basically

0:21.8

looking to find the criminality or what's wrong with someone's mind, where it's broken. Well, this is

0:26.7

very similar, except we're looking for what's right with someone's mind, what works well, what's their

0:30.7

genius, and why do they show up to the world with that particular genius that they have? This

0:35.6

version of profiler training is reimagined. Like I said,

0:39.4

it's cohort based, it's live online, and we're going to get you started in just the first

0:43.8

few sessions with actual skill that you can begin using right away with your friends, colleagues,

0:50.3

family members, and even questions to ask yourself. So we're going to teach you the core flow question. That's one of the first things we're going to teach you. And this is a single question that opens up how someone learns, decides, and navigates the world. It's really great to get a lot of material from the person. Then we're going to tune into how to take notes based on what that person said. What do you listen for? What are the patterns to spot? The actual language

1:11.1

they're using, the way they're saying things. And Antonio is going to work very closely with you to show

1:15.9

you her notes and how she captures different values and the expressions that they share with her on how

1:21.6

their mind is actually working. And then we're going to give you the skills to be able to explain

1:26.4

all of the 16 personality

1:28.3

types, the car model map very detailed very quickly. So within just the first few weeks,

1:32.7

we're going to give you all the things you need to be a profiler. And then we're going to

1:36.3

spend the rest of the time calibrating and working on those skills. So you can begin implementing

1:39.9

them right away and we'll continue to work together., this is again, reimagined. It's really

1:45.6

exciting. I think it's going to be great for you to learn how to listen differently in your life,

1:50.4

take clean notes and spot patterns across any conversation you find yourself in.

1:54.7

You're going to be able to almost peer into people's lives and map their personality
