podcast we're so glad that you're here and we are doing the marriage minute because sometimes we just don't have time to listen to a full-length episode. So we want to give you a little tidbit of marriage encouragement as you go into your weekend. So let's dive in. There's so many practical things and practical tools. And we learned so many of them from your podcast and from doing deep, deep intense counseling.

And we go over a lot of those tools in our book.

But I'll just say the number one thing is just surrendering to Jesus.

That's the only thing that saved us.

Our book is called From Gutters to Glory.

And the idea is that sometimes you just find yourself in the gutter like at rock bottom

and for us it was our incredibly toxic relationship but maybe it's a drug addiction maybe it's

a financial hole that you've gotten yourself in maybe it's pornography addiction whatever your

gutter is there is a way out of the gutter, and that way is Jesus.

Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life.

And when Jesus entered our lives, every single thing changed.
