Hey, I'm really excited to come around a topic with you tonight.

But before we do, I want to dedicate this message.

And I want to dedicate it to people who are dealing with a level of loneliness that is

subtle enough that you can move past it, get over it, and work through it, but it's still

there.

I want to deal with low-level lingering loneliness tonight, and we're going to go somewhere

that probably you don't see the connection, so I'm going to go to help me.

I'll do my best to kind of connect it.

But we're living in unprecedented days.

A friend of mine would coffee this morning, and he said there are some research is showing

that there are many researchers or some researchers who believe that this might be the most divided

time in US history since the Civil War.

The division, as a result of probably the rise of the technological age, has brought

us to kind of classify and box each other in.

If we're not careful, we're becoming caricatures of who we really are.

And I want to speak to that because I think it's affecting all of us, a brilliant friend

of mine, that I got to spend some time with recently who runs an incredible company called

OnSight where I went to therapy and need to go to therapy again.

Does anyone else feel like they need to go to therapy most days?

Is that just me?

It's like, oh, this would be a good day for therapy.

Are we doing therapy today?
