of days before Easter, so I thought I might do kind of a preparing for guests theme. But if you're not having company or you're listening to this

episode in the future on a random weeknight or something, it doesn't matter because it's always a good

idea to clean as if you are having company. If you kind of put yourself in that mindset, it can definitely

help you see your home through someone else's eyes, maybe work a little harder than usual.

Although I will admit there's no, I've said this before, there's no replacement for actually

expecting company to kind of get you, get butt in gear but that said you can clean

along this with this episode regardless of when you're listening to it because it's just going to

be a regular cleaning talk through but I try to have a different theme for each episode and this

one is going to be kind of a cleaning and preparation for guests

type of theme so without further ado let's get into our cleaning session i recommend that you start

a load of laundry unless you've already done that. But it's always a good way to kick off

the cleaning session because then I remind you to switch that laundry from the washer into the

dryer at the end of the episode, and the timing's about right for that. So maybe start a load of

laundry. Another way to kick off your cleaning session, of course, is to straighten

up the entrance area of your home. Just quickly pick up that first impression area. Maybe you need to

remove something from your entryway or straighten your couch cushions if the living room's

on the front of your house. just kind of do whatever it takes
