Hey guys. In today's bite of knowledge, we're going to be talking about xylitol. You may have heard of it. You may even use it and you may not know you use it every day. It's in a lot of different things. It's considered natural. But we're going to really take a little deeper dive into what xylitol is.

So first of all, it's a sugar replacement, sugar alcohol.

It is very, I mean, it does come in different fruits and vegetables and small amounts, right?

Xylitol is found in small amounts in many fruits and vegetables, and is therefore considered
