Good morning everyone and welcome back to another Mornings with the Masters for your

We're picking up with a new devotional in the Bible app titled How to Stop Worrying.

we actually chose this devotional because I don't know if you heard the last few days but

we've been talking a lot about like what it looks like to fully trust God and how as we become

adults we can stop acting like a child of God and so hopefully we can start to learn to let go of

that worry and anxiety and fear that's driven from personal responsibility and have faith in God

to provide and have a plan for our life. So anyways I just wanted to share that because I'm really

expected of this plan and I think Tories too. I typically don't give disclaimers but yesterday's

plan I was very impacted by and so I went and hunted this one down. Yeah. So I hope it's good.

Anyways I'm going to read the scripture and Tories going to pick with the Devo. Let's do it.

The scripture is Proverbs chapter 12 verse 25 and it says this. Worry weighs a person down

but an encouraging word cheers a person up. The devotional is titled Why We Worry and it says this

if worrying was a professional sport many of us would be at the most valuable player on our team.

Can you identify with this? I know I can. It's so hard not to worry when troubles loom all around us.

The word worry has a few different definitions in the dictionary. The one we'll refer to in this plan
