Good morning, everyone, and welcome back to the messy masterpiece podcast, which had

0:13.9

an Tory happy Thursday, happy Thursday, happy Thursday, y'all, or whatever day you're listening

0:19.2

to this podcast on, we are in day four of our reset your mind, overhauling toxic thoughts

0:26.3

devotional on the Bible app. There's a link to that in the description. And I'm going

0:30.2

to go ahead and read the two scriptures for it. And then Tory's going to read the devotional.

0:35.3

The first one is Colossians 3 verse 2. Think about the things of heaven, not the things

0:41.8

1:45.8

1:51.5

1:58.3

taken captive, of course, for we are not perfect. We can, however, choose to follow through

2:04.2

with Paul's exhortation in Colossians 3-2, which says, set your mind on things above,

2:11.3

not on earthly things. In setting our mind on things above, we will have less thoughts

2:18.0

that need testing and being taken captive. When we set our minds, we are striving for
