We were really shaken up by what we experienced in 2020, but for the most part what we've done is just like repressed that and we don't want to go back to it.

I'll tell you like, it's actually been hard to spark conversations about this book

for like it's weird I've written a lot of books in my career I think this is the best

book I've ever written and also a lot of people just don't want to have a

conversation about it because it's like just don't want to have a conversation about it,

because it's like, I don't want to go back there.

But the reality is once you start having the conversation,

it's like all of these things flood back

and it's really cathartic and useful.
