It's not that a suspension to Ryan's Fromm is going to make Calconer's knee any better and

he's undergoing an MRI, I believe in San Jose today, to determine the extent of the injuries, but nonetheless,

would have made the Winnipeg Jets feel a lot better.

Fris Trum had gotten something other than just a game objection for what happened

yesterday. Sean Reynolds has been outcovers the Winnipeg Jets for us on

sports nets. A big win last night Sean over the Anaheim Ducks, a gutsy

win by the Winnipeg Jets, but you know the headline story today is

caliconer and the knee how did you see that that play last night? Well like

let's make one thing clear Ryan Strom's not the kind of player that has a history or reputation for doing

Yeah, these kind of things, but I mean and it is not you know I it's not like I see a shark diving out to bite into the chum, right?

But I do see a lien. I do see him stick the knee out.

I do see it's one of these situations that happened fast on the ice and maybe he's just trying to get a piece of them.

But to me it's a dangerous play. I was very surprised that there was that there's not going to be

supplemental discipline. I would have expected it in this situation here and again you

you nailed it. I mean there's a fan base here in the jets themselves that are probably very

upset that this didn't happen but you're right in the

end Kyle Connor is this kind of player that the jets kind of you don't have to worry about him he's going to show up and

he's going to score his goals he's probably going to lead your team in scoring if he's not he's going to

finish second in scoring on the team but the thing about him is he's been so

reliable because he hasn't really been injured over the year so life within a

Winnipeg Jets life with an injured Kyle injured
