whether we're there yet or not is it might be moot actually. Some experts would say that we are. Others would

argue categorically that we're not. But I don't think anybody, well, who knows, but I don't

think anybody could argue that this is in any way a democratic process that we are potentially

seeing unfold in the course of today. I want your thoughts. I will share mine. I don't have a clear

bead on what lies ahead. All I do know is that arguing that parliamentary sovereignty had somehow

been compromised by membership of the European Union and therefore we must leave the European

Union seems a rather strange precursor to a decision by a Prime Minister charged with
