Summary

Regardless of whether or not you like Bernie Sanders (which of course you do) you should be concerned about voter disenfranchisement. In this episode, Katie and Kathleen talk to Johnathan Clarke, the lawyer who filed a lawsuit against the Board of Election for the way they switched voter's registration for the New York Primary (http://bit.ly/20VcJCc). This episode is not about open vs. closed primaries, which is a legislative decision. This episode is about a different type of disenfranchisement: one that can be challenged in the courts.
