talking everything that's happened in the last week and there has been quite a lot and I believe it was cut out of the podcast last time because we filmed it in the evening on Monday and then some news pretty much dropped from the meetings that were had about

Sergio Perez and it is now pretty much announced that

Sergio Perez is going to be staying with Red Bull for the

entirety of the season and there's a lot of controversy about this in particular a very big rumor

that has come out James what are your initial reactions to Sergio Perez staying?

I'm so surprised I think everybody is surprised and maybe just a little tired like everyone

thought we were going to get some change in the grid especially a Red Bowl and I think a lot of people

are fans of Checo as a person but he just has not been giving the performance that a top team needs this

season. So I just felt like it was his time to move on at least in his relationship with Red Bull that doesn't mean his

career is over in Formula One so I think like most Formula One fans was incredibly surprised about this

news. Yeah I was really surprised about this news.

Honestly, I said that on the Monday podcast, it was probably cut out, but I said, yeah, I'm expecting

Check her out, Ricardo into that seat, he's tested for half a season, then we've got

Yuki Snowdon and Liam Lawson head to head to find out who was the best out of those

to in case Ricardo flops at Redball and they want to put one of those two into the

seat for 2025. And we're not getting any of that.

And the big rumor and the reason apparently for that happening

is because Liberty Media stepped in.
