Where are we seeing the biggest spikes in COVID cases right now?

So I asked a bunch of public health experts yesterday, which states they're most worried about,

and a lot of them had pretty much the same list. It was Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina,

Texas, Utah, Arkansas, Florida, and Tennessee. Those are the states that have some of the

most troubling patterns in their COVID-19 outbreaks right now.
