It is the very first time that I will be launching a virtual conference.

Now last year we were able to do it live but this year's been you know

2020 a little bit different and I was in the 2019 folder kind of just going

over some of the things that are really good about last year's event and just making sure that I can

make sure everything's ready to go for this event that's going to happen coming up and I came

across Julie Stoyan's presentation and as I was listening to it

there were things that I missed last year and I don't know if it was because it was

live so I was moving around trying to get things set up trying to

you know all the things that can happen during a live event and so this time as I

sat in the silence and just listen to her words it struck me to the core and I knew I had to share her story with you her presentation with you.

Julie has a way with words that will with you

know how to ask questions. She knows how to ask questions. She knows how to get you thinking

in a way you've probably never thought before. So we're going to dive in to
