It's a healthy, delicious breakfast, a way to eat your oats, high in protein, low in

sugar.

It's basically like drinking an oat milkshake.

And it's so easy that even Ben can make his own breakfast.

Yeah, my favorite flavor is mocha dream.

And it's so easy I could make it, but Christine is still nice and sometimes makes me my oats

far away.

I usually make them anyways, but the point is it's so easy to make that even Ben would

be willing to because all you got to do is take the blender bottle they come with, pour

in some milk of any choice.

I prefer oat milk personally and then dump in the pack, shake it up, put it in the fridge,

and then enjoy the next day.

You find using oat milk you're not overloaded, overloaded with oat taste.

You mean am I oat for doing it?

I mean I don't think so.
