former Bill's pun or mat Arreza's case that led to a witness and prosecutors not filing charges

in a gang rape accusation that led to his dismissal from the team stemming back to his time as

the pun or its San Diego state. Now the new development was that Arreza wasn't even there during

the alleged incident. Just these accusations alone led to him being released from the bills

and black vault from the NFL as a whole. Now when these awful situations arise,

we have to remember that these attacks do occur and while we need to always be empathetic toward

the victims, the lack of innocence until proven guilty narrative in this country is startling to

say the least. This is an example of people reacting before someone is even criminally charged

and that's just flat out wrong. We can't go around and ruin people for that. Now we saw something

similar in the duke lacroque lacrosse case and the Sean Oakman case and it's unacceptable.

These false allegations have no counter because the person is relieved from their livelihood

and nobody will touch them. The saddest part is false allegations not only hurt the accused

that didn't do it, but hurts actual victims of sexual assaults because people start questioning

the truth behind the attack after we continue to see people dropped before the gavel does.
