Well greetings my friends, patriots, lovers of democracy, truth and justice, believers

and peace, freedom and the American way Tom Hartman here with you.

All jurors and three alternates will be sitting in judgment of Derek Chauvin in the murder

case of George Floyd.

The prosecution laid out their case.

It was extraordinary, compelling.

They showed the entire video of a not just officer Chauvin, but he and the officers, the

other five officers who were participating with him in holding back the crowd or sitting

on George Floyd's back and legs and of course Chauvin murdering him as we watched as

people were begging him to stop as the prosecution pointed out.

There was an EMT or a guy who was trained as an EMT in the crowd, a first responder

in the crowd.

There was another person who was a mixed martial artist who had EMT training or a CPR

kind of training in the crowd.

They tried to intervene.

They were not allowed to intervene by the police officers.

He has been charged, Chauvin has been charged with both second and third degree murder, second

degree murder, the much more serious charge, but they were successful.

The defense did not want there to be a third degree murder charge in there because that's

the fallback position of the jury thinks, well, you know, he was a cop and he just never

know cops have to have a lot of latitude and quack, quack, quack, you know, the stuff that
