means that I am joined by my best friend and business partner Dean DeVries, Dean what's

It's another day in Paradise here in the studio, Happy Thursday.

Today we're going to be talking about developing your awareness.

And I always say that if I could give people a superpower, people would say like if you

could give the entire world a superpower, what would it be?

And I always say extreme self-awareness.

And the reason why I think that's important is because I think that all of the world's

problems come from lack of self-awareness.

That's why self-awareness is so important.

I think it's the main issue in the world that's going on right now is that people aren't

self-aware of themselves in lack of self-awareness causes even more lack of awareness around

the people that are around them.

And people think they know themselves.

And they know themselves on a very surface level.

But they actually have no idea of the unconscious patterns that are driving their behaviors on

a moment-to-moment basis.

There's so many unconscious patterns that they've had since childhood that they picked up
