0:10.5	So I've got an email from a guy who's been married for about four years and he says he's been
0:16.5	struggling the last couple of years with mentally, with anxiety issues, self-worth, and just believing
0:23.6	that he is good enough. And so this is obviously creating problems in his marriage because he's
0:31.6	struggling mentally and emotionally, he's not being the leader in his household and his relationship.
0:39.6	And the problem is that he's not dating and courting his wife properly.
0:42.8	And from the tone of his email, it doesn't sound like they're having a lot of fun together.
0:46.5	And then he gets upset with her because they're not having any sex and intimacy.
0:51.6	So he says he's read my first book, 3% man, twice now, and he's starting on
0:57.5	the third, but it really doesn't sound like he's applying anything. He's more focused on himself
1:02.7	and the fact that he's not getting any sex and intimacy. And when you're experiencing pain
1:09.1	in a relationship, it's because you're focusing on yourself the purpose
1:13.8	of all relationships is that you go there to give you're there to help each other grow to become more
1:20.5	to be teammates to meet each other's needs and if you're allowing whether your personal problems or work issues or things you're just
1:29.8	simply maybe you're not taking care of your body if you allow those things to get in the way of
1:34.3	being a man and being the leader of the household your woman's not going to feel safe and
1:39.3	comfortable trusting your masculine core to lead the household and therefore she, she's not going to feel hurt and understood.
1:46.4	And the legs are going to close.
1:49.1	And complaining about a lack of sex and intimacy is going to do nothing to fix it.
1:55.6	You've got to participate in your own rescue.
