just dive into all of the red flags that we see waving all around this community. Absolutely.

Chris, I could not agree with you more, actually. I'm just been waving red flags and green flags and

wanting to know which one you're

going to pick up. Honestly, we all, every single one of you listening, you have a green flag in one hand,

a red flag in the other, and we all wave each at time. So there is no judgment coming forth on this

episode. It's all in fun and games like we always are. And we just cannot

wait to yap your ears off. It's going to be a gap fest today of just good, bad, ugly, and

everything in between for the flags. You know, our favorite type of episode title is like something along

the lines of red flags, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Like, we really think that we just eat with that one. I know. I think it's like the best title ever.

And honestly, it always gets the most clicks. But today's episode really is going to be about red flags.

It's going to be about maybe some yellow flags. White. It's time to surrender.

Yep.

And then also some green flags, which, you know, primarily I carry, I feel like a

handful of green flags.

And then my back pocket, I have maybe one or two reds.
