Of course, yeah, I did really enjoy the book and I have a lot of questions based on it,

but just starting off here, if you could explain to us sort of how you ended up a little

bit about your career background, how you ended up as Breitbart's Rome Bureau Chief,

what led you to writing this book?

Well, the short story or the short version of that is back in 2014, Steve Bannon was at

the time with Breitbart still in kind of in charge of it.

And he was looking to expand to Jerusalem, Athens and Rome, kind of picking up on Andrew

Breitbart's belief that politics follows culture is downstream of culture and these

kind of cultural landmarks of the ancient world.

He thought it was very symbolically important to have a voice coming from these places.

So Athens never happened.
