I have not been to therapy, though I have entertained the idea, of course, as one does.

I haven't, the current reasons for me not going to therapy now, because I actually

recently brought it up to you a few days ago that I was thinking about doing therapy.

Just because I feel that I have a lot to learn about myself, I just don't know exactly how to uncover that in ways that are productive and not just me being in my head or like overthinking certain aspects of my personality

or what I do because I tend to have that habit. But I feel recently the thought just popped into

my head. But reasons as to why I haven't acted on it is because I don't want to spend the money,

which I know sounds so bad, but hey,

things are a little bit tight, you know, birthdays are coming around, there's lots of holidays,

it's summertime. Can't be affording to go to therapy and talk it out. I know that sounds really

bad because I should be prioritizing, of course, my mental well-being.

But I just lately haven't been able to bite the bullet, I guess you can say.

And also, I think sometimes I know this might sound silly, but in my head I'm like, oh, should I save it for a time where I'm really doing that?

Like, should I save it when I'm really going through a crisis and I need a lot of guidance?
