| 0:07.0 | The Welcome to Season 4 of Conversations with Coleman. |
| 0:33.3 | Many of you have been wondering where I've been. |
| 0:35.7 | Well, as you can imagine, I've been very busy promoting my new book, |
| 0:39.6 | The End of Race Politics, Arguments for a Colorblind America. |
| 0:43.3 | If you haven't grabbed a copy of the book, please do so, |
| 0:46.4 | or listen to the audiobook, which I actually read myself. |
| 0:49.7 | I've been so busy promoting the book, in fact, that I had to take a hiatus from this podcast, |

| 1:51.2 | managing that system ended up taking a lot of my time and attention from the long-term projects |
| 1:56.6 | I was working on, including my book, which is part of the reason why it took me so long to |
| 2:01.7 | write in the first place. |
| 2:03.5 | A writing session can always be pushed to tomorrow when you're facing a strict regimen |
