Okay, we are live. On May 5th, 1993,

93, three eight-year-old boys, Stevie Branch, Christopher Byers, and Michael Moore were murdered in West Memphis, Arkansas.

In 1994, Damien Eccles, Jason Baldwin, and Jesse Ms. Kelly were convicted of the crime.

Eccles and Baldwin were tried together and Jesse Ms. Kelly was tried separately.

After HBO released their Paradise Lost documentary, a public campaign to release the three convicted child killers began.

Celebrities, including Johnny Depp, Natalie Maines, and Eddie Vedder all

lended their voices and opened their wallets to free the murderers.

On 2011, August 19th, the convicted child killers pled guilty via an Alford plea, a plea that allows the convicts to maintain their innocence while acknowledging the state had enough evidence to convict them.

Now, just short of 10 years since the three were released,

Damien Eccles, his wife, Lori Davis, and their public relations agent Lonnie Surrey,

are claiming the DNA evidence has been destroyed.

Eccles has petitioned the court for relief.
