but it's brief?

What we want isn't the stuff, isn't the thing, isn't the external. It's the emotion, it's the feeling that it creates. to go somewhere to feel that? And it was really interesting because asking her that question,

1:43.2

I know that this can apply to you right now.

1:45.1

What is it that you want? Do you want a new car? Do you want a new job? Do you want a new relationship?

1:49.8

What is the feeling behind the thing that you want? And how can you create that anyway? So, for example, if you're single right now and you want love, can you notice the love that's

2:01.2

already in your life? Maybe you have the most insane, loyal, awesome best friend, or maybe you've got

2:07.9

24-7 affection from your pet, or maybe you have a real camaraderie with your co-workers.

2:14.8
