I'm your host, retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran

of the NYPD. You know, folks, since this shooting of Brian Thompson, the CEO of United

Healthcare, everyone has been trying to figure out what went wrong with Luigi Mangione.

We all discussed his background, you know, valedictorian from a private high school,

two master's degrees from the University of Penn.

And the question we have and the question that many people have is how did he get radicalized?

Much like an Islamic terrorist that gets radicalized.

What radicalized Luigi Mangione?

Was it the readings he did? Was it that he was inspired by Ted Kaczynski?

Was that what set him off? Or was it publicized health problems that he had with his back and his hate for corporations.

But yet this child of plenty whose family was wealthy seemed to hate the very same things that his family was about.

And I'm not going to try to do a psychological evaluation on Luigi Mangione because I

am unqualified to do so. But we're going to explore some of these things and we're going to look

into some of the new findings that's going on in this case. Because as we told you, after this arrest,

we said there were only about 20% of this investigation was completed, which means there's 80% more that they need to do. They need to

cross-tees, dot eyes, and dig up much more information on Luigi Mangione.

Because although motive is not needed in a prosecution for murder, it sure helps

to convince a jury the why, the why did he do this this and that is baffling to all of us from a young man who seemingly

had everything going for him that he wound up committing this horrific crime uh smart good-looking

from a family that had a great amount of money, but yet he turned into

what you see on the screen, a mask-wearing potential suspect in the murder of the United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
