Morning everybody, this is Heidi St. John. It is Friday, May 5th. Welcome to the Busy Mom

Podcast. Woo, woo. So I have a lot on my mind today. I was just talking to Jay about

what to even title this podcast because there's so many things moving around the blogosphere

right now, so many things on the news. I am actually in Ontario, Canada right now getting

ready to speak for the O-Check conference. We flew out to Toronto on Thursday morning,

so yesterday morning at the crack of dawn, and we've arrived here and just so much on

my heart. And I'm actually really excited to be speaking to Christian Home Educators

in Ontario today. But I want to just kind of talk about a few things that are happening

in the news. Of course, you guys know me by now. I like to keep up with current events,
