0:34.3	a housing crash? And let me clear the air by really making it clear to all of you that the reason that there's
0:40.3	so much uncertainty about what's going to happen next to the economy and the housing market
0:43.6	in particular is because we've never experienced anything like this before.
0:48.0	There are a lot of people, most people, that try to say it's just like last time or the time
0:51.6	before that or the time before that.
0:53.2	And there are elements that are very similar to all those previous housing corrections or
0:57.5	recessions or whatever you want to call them, but nothing is quite as I would say
1:02.8	caustic is what we're dealing with now. There are so many variables that are
1:06.4	at hand with regards to how this is all going to sort out, that it's impossible to really predict
1:11.7	what's going to happen next. So with that said, creating a good bit of fear and doubt, unfortunately,
1:17.7	with how I opened it, but the reality of it is it's the truth. And Julie and I are not going to
1:21.6	lie to you guys. We're not going to just, you know, essentially be overly optimistic. We want you
1:25.7	to be, and this is really the bottom line,
1:28.1	hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst. And what a lot of people have a tendency to do
1:31.9	is they go one of two ways. They start breathing their own opium and they become, you know,
1:36.5	this overly rot in optimism and thinking the law of attraction is going to work with them.
