Tonight's topic, excuse me, is on the prophecy in Daniel 9 of the 70 weeks.

Okay, that's what that's all I want to talk about.

And it's just like a few verses.

But the more I studied it to get ready for this, the more confused I am.

So I can't be more grateful that you're here.

You're going to have an opinion on it and like an interpretation of it and stuff like that. But I've also been trying to understand the other arguments because there's there's a lot of

different perspectives on this. And now my head's a mess. So again, I'm glad you're here to

help unscramble my brain. And if anybody has questions

along the way, put them in there because this started, this specific conversation came about

because a few episodes ago, Dennis and I were talking about some prophecies in Zachariah.

And in the context of the passages or the prophecies it seemed like oh this is

just talking about Jesus and the times where he was alive and how they got fulfilled right

and then one of them was that prophecy where it says and they will look on him who they have

pierced and they will mourn for him.

And I'm like, why do they take that and apply that to something like 2,000 years in the future,

like end times prophecy?

One, it seems like it's just fulfilled at that point in time.

And in our chat, people are like, oh, you should get Monda on and ask

him. I'm like, that's a great idea. Because you are the prophecy watcher, okay, at least for us.

And so then we started talking about Daniel and the 70 weeks. And I'm like, dude, why did they take

that and put it 2,000 years into the future?

You know?
