I'm Matthew Glacias.

With me today, we have Darland and Hermann Lopez.

I wanted to talk about the FBI, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which Donald Trump has

taken to saying is in tatters.

And we have an increasing number of congressional Republicans who, at one point, I mean, a few months ago,

when James Colme was fired and there was a big explosion about this,

I think the way Republicans on the hill sort of made themselves okay with it was they said,

Bob Mueller is a great guy.

We love Bob Mueller.

If George W. Bush appointed him, he was reappointed by Barack Obama and we applauded that.

We think he's amazing.

Special Counsel is going to handle it.

And then Christopher Ray came in and he's like a well-qualified guy and everybody said at the

hearings, like the independence of the FBI is important.

And so it's all good.

But then as the investigation has continued and we don't know what will come out of it,

but it's clear this has not led to like a like a quick exoneration of Donald Trump say.
