So it was funny. Noel King and I went to the same place where we went to watch the last debate and the vibe was so different.

So we watched at this restaurant in Southeast DC in a neighborhood in Anacostia and it's

prominently black group. There were a bunch of organizers there, you know, like clearly people working either adjacent to the Harris campaign or doing some sort of local organizing and like last time we just showed up at the restaurant.

This time it was a ticketed event I guess you

had to reserve free tickets in advance to go and get a table or whatever and

it was way more crowded, people seemed way more excited.

at Trump specifically at Trump and they were the people had pom pom poms that they were handing out and calendars and Harris swag and all this stuff and it was just so

more despondent. I mean I should say that DC is like 90 plus percent Democrats by the way just for people
